Some pain today! Did my best to heavy up the weights on those curls and I found my limit in a major way.
Form suffered at times...big time set breaks were needed...and no joke, I was moaning and groaning trying to lift 15 poundrpers come the end of the workout.
With only one more resistance day left I am really on the home stretch here. That said I am digging as deep as I possibly can each and every exercise to get the absolute most out of what I have left.
I have turned a corner on AbRipper too, and just in the nick of time! I should be at 100% right on schedule come Friday.
